I trust you are well and staying safe. I would like to inform you of an organizational change within Neapco, effective immediately. In efforts to streamline communications, improve processes, and optimize efficiencies, Neapco has decided to eliminate the President position of Neapco Components, LLC. This change is also meant to elevate the visibility of Neapco Components within our larger global Neapco organization, as is evident from the changes described below.
 
With this decision, we want to thank Phil Cushman for his dedicated service and valued leadership of the Neapco Components group. Phil came to Neapco as a strategic consultant and earned the position of President, Neapco Components, LLC. We wish Phil great success in his future endeavors.
 
In this new structure, Tim Goode, Vice President, Neapco Sales and Marketing, will now report directly to me. Our Neapco Components manufacturing and functional operations will report directly to Gerry Coster, Chief Operating Officer of Neapco Holdings, LLC, hence streamlining the organization and providing additional focus on the components business.
